Service Fees clarity
Service charges may apply depending on the type of booking and services opted. These will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
A service fee ranging from 10% to 15% per booking may apply based on the services opted (hotel, transport, helicopter, etc.). Final charges will be communicated prior to confirmation.
Payment Policy
- 40% Advance Payment – Required at the time of confirmation of booking.
- Balance 60% Payment – To be made at the time of trip commencement (before departure).
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or any authorized mode as advised by our team.
- Booking will be considered confirmed only after advance payment is received and acknowledged.
🏨 Hotels – Terms & Conditions
🍽️ Meal Policy
- Meals included in the package are served on a fixed menu, buffet, or meal credit basis as decided by the hotel.
- Any item ordered beyond the standard buffet or fixed menu will be charged extra directly by the hotel.
- During low occupancy, some hotels may offer meal credit instead of a buffet; any additional cost over the credit amount must be paid directly by the guest.
- Room service or packed meals are usually chargeable.
- In most Char Dham destinations, North Indian vegetarian food (often thali-style) is served in standard and deluxe hotels.
- Meal Timings: Breakfast – 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM | Dinner – 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Guests should confirm timings directly with hotel staff.
🏔️ Facilities at Hill Stations (Char Dham Region)
- Most hotels do not have air conditioning (A/C) due to the cool climate.
- Lift (elevator) and power backup facilities are limited or unavailable in many properties.
- Wi-Fi and room heaters are often chargeable and may not function consistently due to poor network or power conditions.
- Kindly set realistic expectations for hotel facilities in high-altitude or remote areas.
🏨 Hotel Category & Seasonal Availability
- Many Char Dham hotels operate only during the pilgrimage season; service quality and maintenance may vary compared to city hotels.
- During peak season (May–June), budget/standard hotels in Char Dham can cost more than deluxe hotels in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Delhi.
- For preferred or highly rated hotels, it is advised to book at least 3 months in advance for May–June and 1–2 months before for October–November.
- At Kedarnath, accommodation remains very basic (dharamshala or lodge type) even under luxury packages. Guests are advised not to expect deluxe room standards here.
🚗 Vehicle – Terms & Conditions
- Air Conditioning: AC will not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary or parked. Hill regions begin from Dehradun (Gangotri–Yamunotri routes) and Rishikesh (Kedarnath–Badrinath routes).

🗺️ Sightseeing & Usage Policy
- Vehicle usage is strictly limited to the sightseeing points mentioned in the itinerary or within city limits.
- For additional or off-route sightseeing, extra charges apply. Kindly contact the company directly for rates and approval before proceeding.
- No refunds will be issued for unvisited sightseeing points if skipped due to time, traffic, or local conditions.
- Some destinations (e.g., Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Adi Badri, Bhavishya Badri) are not on the standard Char Dham route; these must be pre-approved by the company (not with the driver).

🚘 Vehicle Operations & Limitations
- In case of vehicle breakdown due to mechanical issues, every effort will be made to arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest. Minor repairs may be done on the spot; cooperation is appreciated.
- The company is not responsible for delays, diversions, or extra expenses arising due to natural calamities, landslides, political unrest, accidents, weather conditions, or road closures.
- Guests are requested to contact the company immediately if any issue arises with the driver’s behavior or cooperation.
- Drivers are instructed not to drive in no-entry zones, narrow lanes, or restricted roads that may cause traffic jams or safety risks.
- Normal driver duty hours are 12 hours per day. For extended hours, prior intimation is required and additional cost may apply.
- In hilly regions, driving after sunset and playing loud music is restricted by local authorities for safety reasons. Please cooperate.
🚕 Pickup, Drop & Routing
- One pickup and one drop point are included. Multiple pickups or drops must be mentioned and confirmed in advance during booking.
- If a guest requests multiple visits to the same attraction, please inform in advance—some destinations impose high parking fees.
- Any change in tour route or destination without prior notice may result in revised rates.
⛽ Pricing & Fuel Policy
- Package rates are based on current fuel prices. If diesel/petrol prices increase by more than 5%, the total tour cost will be revised proportionately, even after confirmation.
- The company reserves the right to provide a similar category vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
🅿️ Parking, Entry & Local Transport
- Many tourist destinations and hill stations have vehicle restrictions (no-entry zones, time limits, or mall road bans) for larger vehicles.
- In such cases, guests must use alternate local transport (e-rickshaw, jeep, pony, etc.) at their own cost.
- Some parking lots are located at a distance from sightseeing points; guests are required to walk or arrange their own transfer from parking.
- These additional transport costs are not included in the package price.
📄 General Conditions
- No refund for short stays, unused services, or unutilized facilities.
- No cancellation or refund will be provided for events beyond control, such as bad weather, road blocks, natural calamities, landslides, strikes, political unrest, or flight/train cancellations.
- The company is not responsible for any accident, injury, death, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any service without refund if full advance payment has not been received.
- All legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand (India).
- The company hereby disclaims any implied warranties or liabilities beyond the terms stated in this document.
🚁 About Helicopter Service – Kedarnath Ji
- Identification & Registration: All passengers must carry valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) along with biometric registration for the Kedarnath Yatra as per Uttarakhand Government guidelines.
- Helipad Locations: Helicopter services operate from three helipads – Phata, Sirsi, and Agastyamuni. Bookings are made as per seat availability.
- If you wish to fly from a specific helipad, please inform and confirm before making payment.
- Passengers whose hotels are far from the helipad must start early to reach the reporting point on time.
- Weather & Operational Policy: Flights are subject to weather conditions and regulatory clearance.
- In case of flight cancellations due to weather or technical issues, only the ticket cost for the helicopter will be refunded.
- No refund or compensation will be made towards meals, accommodation, or transport arrangements.
- If flights are delayed or rescheduled, same-day passengers will be given priority over previous-day passengers. Earlier passengers will be accommodated based on seat availability or issued a full refund.
🕑 Reporting & Boarding Time
- Reporting time is mentioned on the ticket and must be strictly followed.
- Boarding may take place anytime after reporting, depending on traffic and helicopter schedules (it can take up to 2 hours).
- Failure to report on time will lead to cancellation without refund.
⏱️ Darshan Duration
- Same-day return passengers are allowed a maximum of 2 hours for Kedarnath Ji Darshan.
- Night-halt passengers are usually booked for flights after 2:00 PM (1400 hrs) and will return next morning; reporting time for return is 6:00 AM at Kedarnath helipad.
🎟️ Priority / VIP Darshan Pass
- Passengers opting for same-day return can take Priority Darshan Passes (VIP tickets) as per Badri-Kedar Temple Committee (BKTC) rates.
- The approximate cost ranges from ₹1,100 to ₹2,500 per person, payable directly at the helipad as per crowd and committee guidelines.
🪑 Seating & Baggage Policy
- Seating is determined by helicopter load balance; groups may be split across different flights.
- Two-way ticket passengers are given preference over one-way travelers.
- Each passenger is allowed one handbag up to 2 kg only. Additional baggage is not permitted.
- Passengers weighing over 80 kg must pay an additional ₹150 per kg for excess weight (calculated individually).
- Children above 2 years are charged full fare and provided a seat; infants below 2 years travel free without a separate seat.
📷 Aerial Photography & Liability Disclaimer
- Aerial or in-flight photography is strictly prohibited by aviation and security authorities.
- The helicopter service provider’s liability for injury, death, loss, or damage is governed by the Carriage by Air Act and DGCA regulations.
- All disputes or claims must be addressed directly with the aviation service provider.
- All Dham Yatra / the organizing travel company will not be held liable for any accident, delay, or loss related to helicopter operations.
💵 Refund / Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling Policy
- Any rescheduling of confirmed bookings (change in travel date or itinerary) will be subject to hotel, transport, and helicopter availability.
- A 20% additional charge on the total package cost will apply for rescheduling.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to confirmation by the company.

Refund Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 100% of the paid amount will be refunded (after deducting any applicable transaction or service fees).
- Helicopter Tickets: Cancellations or refunds will be processed strictly as per the Helicopter Company’s Policy.
- In the event of natural calamities, weather disruptions, road closures, or government restrictions, refunds will be processed only after actual recoveries from hotels, transporters, or service providers.
- No refunds will be made for unutilized services, short stays, or no-shows.
