Day 01: Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun Airport → Guptkashi

(220 km / 8–9 hrs | Alt: 1,319 m)

Meet our representative at Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun Airport and begin your scenic drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgaon. En route, enjoy beautiful views of the Mandakini River flowing from Kedarnath. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Ardh Narishwar Temple and check in at the hotel.

Guptkashi

Meaning “Hidden Kashi,” Guptkashi holds great mythological importance. It is believed that Lord Shiva hid here from the Pandavas before revealing himself at Kedarnath. During winter, the priests of Kedarnath reside here, keeping its spiritual significance alive throughout the year.

Day 02: Guptkashi → Kedarnath (Trek / Helicopter)

After breakfast, drive to Sonprayag and take a local jeep to Gaurikund, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek. Begin the 18 km trek to the holy Kedarnath Temple. Pony and doli services are available at own cost.

Alternatively, you may opt for a helicopter ride to Kedarnath, subject to advance booking.

Note:

Parking and mobile network connectivity are limited at Sonprayag and Gaurikund. Kindly cooperate with the driver for pickup and drop arrangements.

Day 03: Kedarnath → Guptkashi

Early morning, attend Darshan and Abhishek Puja at the sacred Kedarnath Temple. After breakfast, trek back to Gaurikund and return to Guptkashi by road.

Kedarnath Temple

One of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, Kedarnath Temple is nestled amidst the snow-clad Himalayan peaks. According to legend, after the Mahabharata war, the Pandavas sought Lord Shiva here for penance, and he appeared in the form of a bull.

Day 04: Guptkashi → Badrinath

(220 km / 9–10 hrs | Alt: 3,133 m)

After breakfast, drive to the holy town of Badrinath. On arrival, take a sacred dip in Tapt Kund followed by Darshan of Shri Badrivishal Temple. Attend the evening Aarti at the temple.

Day 05: Badrinath → Joshimath → Auli → Rudraprayag

After breakfast, proceed to Joshimath and visit the Narsingh Temple, the winter seat of Lord Badrinath. Later, enjoy an optional cable car ride to Auli (at own cost), a popular ski destination. Continue your journey to Rudraprayag.

Joshimath & Rudraprayag

Joshimath: Founded by Adi Shankaracharya and an important spiritual center.
Rudraprayag: A sacred confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers, one of the five holy Prayags.

Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Day 06: Rudraprayag → Devprayag → Rishikesh / Haridwar / Dehradun Airport

(165 km / 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet to form the holy River Ganga. Continue onward to Rishikesh and visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Ganga Ghats, and nearby temples (time permitting). Later, drop at Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun Airport as per your departure schedule.
