Cost Inclusion & Exclusion

Cost Includes:

  • Hotel Accommodation: As per package – same or similar category hotels.
  • Meals: Breakfast and Dinner as per the itinerary.
  • Transportation: Transfers and sightseeing by private vehicle as per the itinerary.
  • Driver & Fuel: Includes driver allowances, fuel charges, toll tax, and parking fees.
  • Taxes: All currently applicable government taxes.

Cost Does Not Include:

  • GST @ 5% on total billing amount.
  • Meals other than those specified (Lunch or additional snacks/beverages).
  • Any item or service not specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”
  • All personal expenses — such as laundry, telephone, beverages, bottled water, room service, etc.
  • Optional tours and extra activities like rafting, cable car rides, boat rides, or adventure excursions.
  • Entry fees, camera charges, and guide services (unless stated).
  • Pony, palki, horse, porter, ropeway, train, or air tickets charges.
  • Travel and medical insurance, or any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
  • Tips and gratuities to drivers, hotel staff, or guides.
